All About May is a women’s apparel brand dedicated to effortless style and timeless femininity. Specializing in dresses, we also offer sets, tops, and bottoms designed to elevate your wardrobe with versatile and chic pieces. Whether you're dressing up or keeping it casual, All About May is all about making you feel confident and beautiful every day.

 

Within our brand, we have three labels—All About May, our signature collection; Sweetpot, offering playful and trend-driven pieces; and Pearl & Sea, featuring timeless and feminine designs. No matter your style, we have something for every occasion.

We understand that this time of year, especially when ordering online, can be tricky and quite confusing. We have outlined here the shipping guidelines for receiving orders for Christmas, as well as the return and exchange guidelines. If you do have further questions at all, feel free to contact us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!

As recommended by Australia Post, to receive your order for Christmas, please order by:

Standard - 

12 DEC - WA / NT / TAS

19 DEC - ALL OTHER AU STATES

 

Express - 

19 DEC - Australia Wide

 

Please note: While we do our best to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee that international orders will arrive by Christmas. Australian orders may also be subject to shipping delays, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Our returns policy remains the same throughout the Christmas period. To be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit:

AUSTRALIA

  • Initiate your return or exchange via our Returns Portal within 14 days of order fulfillment.

  • The item must be received by us within 7–10 days of initiating your return.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Initiate your return or exchange via our Returns Portal within 21 days of order fulfillment.

  • The item must be received by us within 14–21 days of initiating your return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics, or washing powder.

  • Returns do not include jewellery, swimwear, bodysuits, or undergarments. (Shoes, handbags, and hats can be returned if they meet our criteria.)

  • Items must not be final sale or clearance items.

 

NOTE:

  • There may be delays in processing returns and orders during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • If an item is purchased during a promotional period, it will still be eligible for return, exchange or store credit if it meets the above criteria and is not a clearance or final sale item.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that during the Christmas and New Year period, our team will be taking a small break. As a result, you may experience delays in shipping, order processing and return processing.

Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Orders (Australia)

Standard - 2-8 business days

Express - 1-4 business days

 

Please note that delivery times may vary based on postal service delays, public holidays, and festive seasons which are beyond our control. For domestic exchange items, shipping could take anywhere from 2 business days and above, and unfortunately, express shipping is not available for these orders.

 

International

International shipping times will vary depending on the destination country and specific location within that country.

Standard - Anywhere from 5 business days and up

Express - Anywhere from 3 business days and up

 

Delivery times may be affected by postal service delays, customs processing, and local courier handling. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, tracking updates may be limited, and we have minimal insight into its exact location or how long final delivery may take.

Domestic

Standard Shipping Under $100 - $7.99AUD

Standard Shipping Over $100 - Free

Express Shipping - Pricing will be calculated at checkout based on parcel weight.

 

International

Standard & Express Shipping - International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

 

Exchanges

If you have chosen to exchange your item(s), any restocking fees and shipping costs are calculated via the returns portal.  All About May does not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

 

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.  We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. 

All About May is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time.  All About May is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • AUSTRALIA - your return or exchange must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 14 days of order fulfillment
    • the item must then be received by us within 7-10 days of initiating your return
  • INTERNATIONAL - your return or exchange must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 21 days of order fulfillment
    • the item must then be received by us within 14-21 days of initiating your return
  • in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags
  • in its original packaging
  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder
  • must not be jewellery, swimwear, bodysuits or undergarments. (for clarity, shoes, handbags and hats can be returned if they meet our returns criteria).
  • your item(s) must not be a final sale or clearance item

NOTE: Exchanges and Returns for Store Credit will incur a small fee. Exchanges are only available for a different size or colour of the previous item and cannot be exchanged for a sale item.

To return or exchange an item, please ensure your order meets all the requirements of our Returns Policy.

To initiate your refund or exchange you will need to visit our Returns Portal. You will be prompted to enter your email and order number and then follow the prompts accordingly.

If you chose to return your item for store credit, it will be automatically linked to the email used for your original order. When shopping, simply enter the same email at checkout, and your store credit will be available to use. You can also log into your account to view any available store credit balance.
