Shipping and Delivery

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free shipping on standard Australian orders for retail customers only.  The estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days but can vary.

Express shipping on Australian orders have a fee of $14.99 and can take up to 5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders have a standard delivery fee of $14.99 and delivery times will vary depending on the country, it will usually be anywhere from 6-27 days. Please take into consideration potential delays with customs and public holidays as well.

Express shipping fees are dependent on the delivery location and parcel weight and will be calculated at checkout. Express delivery times also vary depending on the country, but can be anywhere from 6 to 20 days. An estimate will be given at checkout, or if you would like to enquire further, you can reach out to us at hello@allaboutmay.com and we will be happy to assist where we can!

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.  We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. 

All About May is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. 

All About May is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

Above delivery times can vary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, All About May cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
